New tires came in diff size font/for lug size and space between?

New tires came with different sized lugs and spacing between lugs.

It looks like I got a
1 large
2 medium and
1 small

I measured stuff and
3 tires- largest lug is 2 1/8 wide
1 tire- largest lug is 1 7/8 wide

Also
Spacing between lugs
3 tires- 1 1/8 space
1 tire- 7/8 space

Wtf.
Does anyone know of/have trail grapplers and had this.

Are you talking about the sidewall? Yes, the Trail Grapplers have a dual sidewall design. One side has a ďstylizedĒ designed, the other is ďtraditionalĒ.

No.
Thanks.

I figured out what it was.
Itís not the random sizes in lugs and spacing they have, like the km2 tires do.
Itís a diff area of the tire, like a section where the whole area has that smaller sized lugs and smaller spacing between lugs.

I saw it by rotating the small and large, sized lug tires around, to take a pic side by side, then saw itís just some sections/not random lugs all over, are diff in size.

I think the reason is because, maybe the 35s and the 33s fit just right diameter wise that the lugs and spacing are all the same.
5en for the 34s, to be a slightly diff diameter, they have to have a section somewhere on the tread some smaller ones to fit in, so length.
In other words, itís like they use the 35 mold for the bulk of the mold and a little of the 33 mold to get it right at 34 in length.

One way to ck this, theory, is to add the lugs in the middle of each tire and see if thereís the same amount.

I am good though on it not being a diff mold/another version by company.
Like I got 3 from the old batch and 1 from the new batch of molds.

Here the side by side.
If you canít see it by the pic alone,
Try zooming out
Or
Look at the middle lugs/the smaller of the two pieces of them, and
There you can see the diff in lug size, and
Then sort of see the spacing is bigger as well.

I would love to be a kid in a tire rack warehouse, and
Select 4 stickers from a selection of 25 tires,
To get the 4 best fish.

Zooming out or making pic as small as possible is way to see it.

See what I mean.

I look for the date codes.
I prob got to pay ship, which sucks, because itís VT to FLA.

Itís only like that for a certain section of the tire.
When I rotate those two tires, then the lug size and space is same.

You still think that.

You think nitto would send me some fresh ones, or o have to go through who I bought them from.

Thatís what I thought, for sure.
Then when I went to take pic,
I saw that it was only one area of that tire and it had the same size-large lugs as the other tires.

I wish I knew if anyone else with trail grapplers have same thing.

I would love to have the entire tire, 4, be that smaller size font-lug size.

if you bought 4 or 5 tires they should have the same tread. What size are they? what are the date codes and mold number, dot serial number etc?

Where do I see the mold number And date code.
Is that molded into tire.

I looked on stickers and the numbers are the same for the 4 of them.
Found the dot numbers, they are the same.

Ok, I thought that was the whole dot number, it also was the date code.

The 4 tires are the same date code
20-20th wk
18-2018

Did you see my post that said, itís only one area of the tire that itís diff size font lugs.
Itís not like that the whole way around the tire, just like about 1/10 or less 1/15 of the diameter.

You still think I should make them exchange.
I really donít want to pay ship back there.
I can an ask if theyíll do free return ship.

I am going to look at all 4 tires and see if they all have a section like that.

I need to find the mold number, because every other number you said is the same for the 4 tires.

Alright ck it.
The numbers are the same on every marking there is.
So they seem ok.

I think, where I took that pic, was only a small section of those two tires.
Where there largest size lugs on one tire and
Smallest sized lugs on another tire.

When I rotate the 4 tires to see the font size/lugs they all do seem to have some large and some medium sized lugs, not all the same.

That consistent through the 4 tires.
Itís not like that pic I have of the side by side is what those two tires look like all the way around those two tires.

When I just looked at the 4 tires, all the way around, they are the same, with large lugs, medium lugs.
Just for some reason, the sided by side pic, showed the biggest diff in the smaller lugs and the bigger lugs.

I think it might be ok.

The o oh diff in the numbers on the tires are,
Where there is a blue or green diamond shape symbol and it has
Tire one
27
B

Tire two
17
B

Tire three
27
B

Tire four
07 or 67- looks like
D or B- looks like

Tire four
Is prob 07B and itís worn off a little

So I donot know what those diamonds symbol number/letter mean
Those are the only thing that has diff numbers
On any of the tires from one to another.

I wonder if I should try the 33/11.5 instead.

I like the 34/11.5 for the ratio look of the tire and a little bigger then the km2 I have now. Which are 33/11.5 although bfg tires run smaller then most brands.

These trail grapplers seem large compared to the km2s I have.
The 33/11.5 trail grapplers would be taller then those km2s, even at same size.

Man Iím wondering what to do.
Would the 33/1.5 trail grapplers have smaller lugs then these 34s.

Not good pic,
These are 2.5 higher then the 33/11.5 km2 I have now.

Waugh.

Love the look of that tread compared to the km2.

well if all 4 tires are the same then that is how they should be. I guess I thought one tire was different then the others.

Thanks for your help.
I still want to know what you think,
After i find out all the info

I thought for sure I would have to get at least that one exchanged, but now think it might be alroght now that I Ching more things out on this.

I need to keep those 34 grapplers next to Jeep, so o get used to looking at that size and not have the, free standing in the kitchen weíre they look too big.

Thanks again, I like yours and some certain others thoughts on things.
You guys know your shit and I like knowing I am doing whatís best and what I like.

I thought same at first, didnít realize until started doing more stuff on them.
Good to know what those numbers mean now.
You have any idea what those diamond shaped symbol with the
27
B
On them mean, I couldnít find that.

Anyways I love the looks of the tires, they look like they were born to go with the silver Jeep.

Now I got to fix the led headlight housing horizontal adjustment.
