Ooop! Please try again - Jeep's BulidSheetServlet not working for me

any alternatives?

This is what I've been using for ages
jeep.com/webselfservice/BuildSheetServlet?vin=
and it would spit out a 7 page build

now it just says: Ooop! Please try again

I have been using the Jeep Owner website for years. It should be in there.

I called the chat service also and was told the system was down for updates and should be back up soon.

I was told to give them my VIN to they would email me the build sheet features within 5 days.

Thanks for the info, I've been trying to pull my build sheet for a week with no luck. I'll try the chat service.
