I have not done windows but I did add door locks to my jeep. And I researched it to death. And found a company that uses only the best. And they were very helpful when I went to install them. Here is a link-http://www.a1electric.com/electriclifewind.htm

I even bought the wrong kit at first and there policy is not to take back electrical parts but they did anyhow. I called them many time's to get help.

There's an aftermarket kit that Quadratec sells..but it's not going to look or feel factory at all obviously. It'll get the job done. I can't remember what it costs...I think $149 per kit or something like that. I think the locks and windows kits are separate.

The factory equipment can be retrofitted...but it's a nightmare to do it and it's extremely expensive. Hundreds of dollars just for parts alone, then many hours of installation, then dealer fees to flash the ECU...it's just not worth it. That's 90% of the reason why I traded my '11 in on this '12. $20/month increase in payment was worth getting power locks/windows plus the nice wheels/tires and 3.6L engine.
Current Jeep: 2020 JT Sport S, Firecracker Red, 8-speed, 3.6L, Daystar lift, 35" STT Pro, AO Lonestar wheels, MAX TOW pkg, M.O.R.E. dead pedal, Supernova V.4 bulbs, QRC winch bumper, ZXR12000 winch, etc.
