Question about new OEM black grill from dealer.

It looks like I can order a black grill from the dealer. I'm looking at this option since I can't seem to find a used take-off and painting at a real shop will be expensive... I don't wish to "dip it."
Does the black grill from the dealer (that has the black JEEP letters) match the Willys black grill or is naked and need paint?

If you weren't so far away I would sell you mine.
I took it off my Willys and put a white one on to match my willys got it from ebay it was like new $200.
I didn't care for the gloss black of the Willys grill.

I think the grille you're looking at has a satin finish to it and not the gloss a Willy's grille would have. And no, it doesn't need painting, the satin is its finished look. If you do order make sure the dealership gets you the finish you want, either gloss or satin.

A can or two of rustoleum. That's my plan when my Billet Rubicon gets its grill beaten up.
