Question about welding a light bar

So i have the aev tubeless bumper that came with the jeep and i want to add some sort of grille guard or light bar i can mount lights on. unfortunately i cant find a product that i can simply add on.

i bought the off camber fabrications light bar but was sloppy in my research and it doesnt fit. first money gone to waste on the ole jeep. wont be the last im guessing. i spent about 250 on the bar and shipping and am wondering if its worth returning or just taking to a shop and having them weld it on.

at a bit of a jam and any help would be awesome. obviously the first choice would be if someone knew of a light bar or grille guard that worked with the aev tubeless.

thanks and happy wheelin

If you have a local shop that fabricates then they should be able to help you out. The only tricky part will be fitting the bar cleanly to the curved surface of the aev. Factor in powder coat or repaint after the welding is done. Rugged ridge also makes a light bar that may work for your application. The xhd bumper bar bolts on with 8 bolts and will likely give you some flexibily in how you decide to mount it and they also have a light bar that looks like a from hoop but I believe it attaches to the frame behind the bumper.
