Red Shock Touch Up Paint?

Does anyone know what the red paint is that is used on shock absorbers for some of the Jeep variants, like the "Hard Rock" version? And where to buy it?

The lower parts of my rear shocks are looking a little rough and I would like to clean them up and paint them.

For the other red accent paint, Rust-Oleum Apple Red has been found to be reasonably close. That might be a place to start.
