Removing Jeep hood?

I just bought a used hood to replace mine that had a few dings. But I can't seem to remove the screws off the hinges. Anyone know how to get them off? I used a hammer drill and a regular drill they won't even budge.

Thank you jeepers!

I removed my hood from the opposite side of the hinges (mounted to the firewall). Two bolts (after removing the windshield wipers and cowl) Came right off. Ten minutes tops...
