should i upgrade? want opinions

First off I know the decision is personal, I am just looking for opinions.

I got what I thought was a pretty good deal on my Rubicon, and I got it with the options I thought I wanted. Now with a year and a half of it under my belt, I am trying to decide to upgrade to a new jeep for simply fix my existing up to what I want it to be.

I got a 2010 Rubicon with half doors, auto, infinity, side air bags. Only minor mods, under seat boxes, seat covers spider shade. The original owner did the red accent package on the interior. Its a nice looking mall crawler :-) I have been mudding and played in the deep snow but that's it - I may never do more than that.

Things I want ( all mall crawler stuff for better day to day livability):
Full doors. Maybe even power.
Hard top. Hopefully quiet road noise a bit too.
430 rbz with uconnect.
Wouldn't mind heated seats since I have arthritis in my back. My wife's car has it and it really helps in winter.
Remote start. Lived in fl and tax for 23 years. Last 2 in is were cold!

Other things that a new one would let me add:
Maybe a jku. Just had 3 college age kids move back in and they want to ride with me. I wouldn't mind the extra room, but if it were just the wife and I, I prob would stay 2 door.
I tested a 3.6 before buying this one and didn't see a real the big difference between power in my short test drive.
Is the gas mileage different? If its not major, I might just wait for the diesel.
Think I would go Sahara for the 112v outlet and painted fenders. Love the plastic look, just hate the maintenance.

So what do ya'll think?

Yikes...

There is a world of difference between a 2 door 2010 Rubi with half doors and soft top, no power package versus a new 2013/14 possible Sahara JKU with full doors and heated seats. We are talking a different interior, a different engine, and a different tranny.....oh...and maybe two more doors.

Also....regarding your test drive. (I see you have an auto.) Without getting on the gas....you probably won't feel a huge power difference...but it is the ability to "get on it" that changes everything....and the new auto is leap years ahead of the 42RLE.

You almost need one of each....

I may mall crawl...but I look good doing it.....

Yeah, it is quite a bit different. What I was thinking about was adding a hard top and aftermarket radio to get by and maybe full doors so I could have both. The sad part is after buying mine, I got put on a med that makes me very sensitive to sunlight. Imagine poison ivy if I am out in the sun for an hour or two. It means a lot less top off time. That's what is pushing the hard top.

The other stuff is extra, including the 4 door. I somewhat figure its my vehicle, if they are not comfortable, its not my problem :-) . When I do drive long distance I notice the shifting problem, figured the new one would fix that, especially if I were to get remote start.

Just not sure adding a hard top and radio would be enough....
