I found these (https://www.quadratec.com/products/11132_9122.htm and https://www.quadratec.com/products/11132_9121.htm) on Quadratec, but it does not look like the same part as on my premium JKU soft top...
FYI, #6 3/4" sheet metal screws worked perfect to secure the sundrider plastice peice back to the bows! Just in case anyone else looses one of these guys!

We really like the look of the NX Glide. Bestop's site says they aren't shipping until mid-April. I wonder if there will be an launch deals to get them into customer's hands.

Very helpful thread, trying to figure out which soft top to go with. Still on the fence with the factory top and the new NX Glide.

Bought a 2010 JKU a few weeks ago and plan to put the soft top on this weekend.

Dual top group, bought it with the hard top installed. I'm 99% sure I have all the soft top parts, but i'm confused with the brackets on the roll bar. Every how-to i've seen shows a bracket with 2 exposed holes for the soft top frame bars. Mine has 3. Does one arm go into the top hole and just pick one of the bottom two for the 2nd arm?

Here's a picture of the bracket

If you look at that bracket pictured where it is attached to the rollbar you'll see the two holes you're talking about. The person removed the soft top at the wrong spot. Not exactly sure how it get reattached without looking at mine since I've always done it with the full bracket removal.

I'm confused with the bracket I have. Whenever I search for a 2010 bracket, all the ones I see have just 2 holes like this. I can never find one like the one I have. The spacing doesn't look right on mine if I put both arms in the 2 bottom holes or 1 top and 1 bottom.

The second picture you have posted is the correct bracket. A previous owner has added a bracket that required modification. You can try to mount the soft top to the bracket you have. The front bow goes in the top hole. The back one goes in the lower hole. If the top buttons up and the windows zip up and tuck in then you are ok. I'd try the hole closer to the back. It may be a bit of trial and error. If this is not for you then buy the correct brackets.

After searching the net (image search) I've yet to locate the bracket seen in the image above.. However, I believe this bracket is to be used in conjunction with the Soft Top Quick Disconnects for easy and quick adjustments. So the image above (bracket) is defiantly an after market bracket which would require the correct mounting hardware. It my or may not work with the soft top you have.

The factory bracket should look like this:

Also, the above bracket has been reorientated as to line up with your images and the correct side. just so their no confusion. But make sure you've installed the correct bracket on the correct side of the sport bar.

Image quick pull pins as part of the quick disconnect soft top hardware.

Look into the bestop trektop NX glide! It is the only fastback style soft top that will fold all the way back! It is a little More pricey then others but look it up! I just pre ordered mine last week. Should ship out this week or next!

I really like my trextop NX. I just put mine back on and it took about 45 min (much faster than the original install). The glide wasn't available when I bought mine.... looks like a nice option.

Did your unlimited come with hard top or soft top?

Any other concerns or features you want beyond just the fastback look?

Would anyone have any issues with buying a 4 year old soft top? I have been looking for a premium twill OEM soft top and I think I found one that is in what looks to be excellent condition. How much would a twill top stretch over a 4 year period. I have been told it has zero rips or damage. I spoke with the guy and he said he took excellent care of it. I would think the premium would hold up better than the vinyl in the elements. I'm going to look at it tomorrow and then decide if I want to buy it. I need a backup soft top just in case my Bestop Glide ends up being a dud.

As long as the fabric has been properly maintained and clean with a conditioner and the correct cleaner. I would take a strong beam flash light and check key areas for wear. Not saying it would be ripped or worn through, but having the flashlight and shining a beam through those key areas which can be prone to wear, it's location and if the soft top was not disabled correct when the owner wanted to go topless for the day. If the top was left down for a long period of time, if could developed crease or folds which on cold days can be hard to remove. Check the plastic pull tabs stitchings. How worn are the zippers, how faded are the windows as well as if the windows haven't been folded over
instead of being rolled up if they've been removed as this too can cause a fold seam or crease.

Not really a comment looking for help, but I'm the proud new owner of Bestop's Trektop Pro! After fighting with it for most of the afternoon on Saturday, it's on, ready, and good to go! And it looks SHARP!

I'm a little worried that I didn't get the frame assembled quite right because the side windows were ridiculously difficult to get on. But at the same time, I neglected to leave them out in the sun while I assembled the rest of the top. Here's to hoping that the fabric stretches out just a smidge while it stays on the Jeep until Go Topless Day.

Looks great. Not many 2 door reviews so keep us updated especially on noise and leaks.

I've had my Trektop pro on my JKU for about 9 months and have had a leak at the A-pillars since day one. About 2 months ago I started getting a clicking sound coming from the front foam (right above when the 2 latches connect to the windshield). I emailed Bestop a few days ago asking to order new seals, to try and eliminate the clicking noise, and have not heard back. In Vegas we don't get much rain so I can live with the leaks but the clicking noise is driving me insane. If I could do it all over I wouldn't spend my money with Bestop.

Spicy

I have had my Rough Country soft top installed for a week now and I can say it fits just as well if not better than the old factory soft top that was on my Jeep. I love the spice color and think it looks great with the color of my Jeep. I also wanted to stand out a bit so that had something to do with the color as well. It seems to be a little quieter than the factory top and the windows are great!

I ordered a Trektop NX, still in the box....waiting for warmer weather to install. Heard great things about this top but Bestop has introduced the NX glide, wish I had waited and purchased it instead.
The glide opens all the way back where as the NX only opens the front...unless you take the entire top off...hassle from what I've read.

Hope this helps

You don't have to take the entire top off. Remove windows and roll top forward and tuck under sunrider, or disconnect bows and soundbar hooks and set behind rear seat. Takes <5" to reset without the windows. I just leave my windows attached and roll them in place using terry towels. Still not warm enough after cold front overnight to take top off and tuck behind rear seat (JK).

I recently purchased a 2008 JKU Rubicon soft top with OEM half doors (I don't have full doors). The existing top leaks a bit on the front seats but the back stays dry. I'm considering buying a new top, but I don't see much in the way of reviews for how various tops perform with the half doors. Anyone with thoughts or suggestions? Thanks!

Help with new OEM Soft Top

Hey Everyone, I recently bought a brand new OEM Premium soft top for my 2017 JKUWW. I have read the early part of the thread about the possibility of the missing mounting brackets, so I have gone ahead and ordered Mopar® Part #: 68163705AB & Mopar® Part #: 68163704AB.

Can you let me know if the part that I have pictured gets inserted into the above brackets that I am waiting for? Just want to make sure there are no surprises when I take the hardtop off and try to install the soft top.

Thanks Everyone!
