Spacer between rock rail and slider?

I just added the 2" Mopar lift and was wondering if anyone has added a spacer between their rock rails and slider to make more room to use it as a step (see pic). I was thinking I could use the spacers and bolts from a 1-2" body lift kit to give some extra space for my foot (spacer goes between body and slider mount). I like the look of this set up and want to see if there is an inexpensive fix prior to considering other step options.

Thanks,
Mike

If those are Ace sliders, nope.

If its a frame mounted slider and use oem rock rails, you can add a body lift which will leave a gap between the slider/rails depending on body lift size.

It's a Barricade slider attached on the body mounts using the body bolts. Guess what I'm trying to say is to use the spacers to push the slider down rather than pushing the body up.
