Exclamation The "Knock on Wood" Club -No complaints so far! I love it! It's GREAT!!!

Seems like there are lots of threads with folks talking about what is wrong with their Jeeps.
I just figured I'd throw it in the other direction and see if any one else has had the same experience:

I have no issues with my 2012 JKU Rubi bought in August.
None.

Daily driver 34 miles a day 6 day a week.
I've taken it in the woods for mild offroading close to a dozen times, and each time we hit the pavement she shakes the dirt off of her feet and is back on her way like nothing happened.
Love it on the highway too. I don't go 80 because that's when the wind noise picks up, so I do 70-75 tops and everybody seems pretty happy.
(yeah, speed demons, I'm staying on the right)

I've wanted a Jeep Wrangler for decades, and mine has been everything I wanted. It's been tons of fun so far with tons more to explore and learn over the years to come.

Sure I'll modify it and change stuff to suit me, but at the core she sure seems solid...knock wood.

So...anybody else happy or what?

7500 miles, 3 local trails, 1 beach (Sea of Cortez) and 1 cactus pin striping trail in baja ( where they run the baja 1000). Zero issues

Only about 2000 miles so far, but its a daily driver and I take it to the trails every weekend. Believe it or not i've done over 95 mph on the highway before (yeah i'm a speed demon) with the soft top. Its definitely noisy but got the alot more readily than I had expected. No problems so far and I am extremely satified. It is the first fun vehicle that I have every owned. However it does seem to have an adverse effect on my wallet, it seems to be.....lighter.

I've had mine since early September, DD, weekend trails, lots of fishing, hunting and "knock on wood", no problems except a lighter wallet.

I still smile every time i drive her!

Bought my Arctic on November 12. Went over 700 miles today. Just took her into the shop today to have the paint lines on both fenders repaired (but it was like that upon delivery) and to tint the windows to match the hard top.

Every single time I walk out to my Jeep, I can't believe it's mine. I can already tell I'm going to end up dropping a ton of cash on what seems to be turning into a new hobby, but I don't care. First vehicle I've ever owned that makes driving truly enjoyable. Can't wait to get out onto some trails (but since I've never done it before, I need to meet some experienced people in Indianapolis who will show me the ropes.)

I'm loving mine. I put about 40 miles on it each day as a DD during the week and then use it for play on the weekends. I purchased it in August and I have over 3200 miles on it so far. I only have one complaint. I can't stop spending money to put mods on it.

1400 miles on mine honestly bought this Jeep Wrangler Sport for bad weather we get here, travel to our land outside of town, possibly to the lake in summer. My DD is a 535I BMW and I have walked out everyday since I bought the Jeep and gotten into it and driven to my office. I just love driving this Jeep around!

@walker111, I am getting an all White Rubicon Unlimited loaded. Do have a lift on your Jeep? I like the pictures, looks like you have a little bit of a lift and some bigger tires.

Oh crap! Now look what you did! You know we are all doomed now spitting in the face of karma like this right? You tempt forces beyond mortal comprehension with threads like this.

Since Karma already has my number anyway, here goes nothing. I am only at 650 miles now but my 2012 JK Rubi seems far better in the fit and finish department than my 1997 TJ Sport ever did. Everything about it is very solid and tight. Granted it is brand new still, but it just feels more solid than any other new car I have owned. I can't put my finger on it and perhaps that is the emotions talking. It just has a feel inside and out that the folks who put it together had pretty good attention to detail and the OCD side of me seriously appreciates that. I am very satisfied thus far. The engine is butter smooth and so is the auto transmission. Jeep apparently upped their game in the last 15 years.

Off topic a bit... Dang it smells so good inside! I find myself stepping into the garage and opening the doors for a whiff of the interior from time to time. If only I could preserve that smell for the life of the car. What? you guys haven't done that?

I have had the EXACT same thoughts about the smell. I'll be so sad when it's gone.

Add me to the "good to go" list. Very satisfied with my Rubicon. I've been wanting a JKUR for the last 8 months and finally pulled the trigger.

Yep I find my self smiling every time I get in it and hope the smell never goes away. Can't walk past the driveway with out stopping and looking. Only 670 miles on it but "knock on wood" no troubles at all!

My wife smoked a cig in mine. -Closest I've ever come to considering a divorce.

Luckily it all cleared out and the new smell came right back, but I was peeved.
Not yelling peeved, but please sit down for this important-yet-calm discussion peeved.

I'm glad to see the thread got a little traction. Let's keep it going!

Really happy with my '12 Rubi 2 door 6-speed. Seemingly the best-built vehicle I've purchased new in some time (including two Toyotas). I'm gettin 18.3 MPG so far (700 mi) and this thing has power too!

My 'new' 2007 is solid. Previous owner took good care of it. Carfax showed twice yearly tuneups and oil changes. Drives straight and solid. Has about 42k miles on it and it drives like new.

I have the EXACT same JKUR...Love it! I just went over the 800 mi mark and your pics have inspired me to look into the 3.5 lift and 35's.

Quick set of questions:
Did you have to put spacers on to fit the 35's without rub and did you have to trim your rock rails?

Nice looking JKUR!
