TMR Door Hinge Liners

After struggling to get the rear doors on and off (needed a jack and some 2x4) I did some research and decided to replace the stock hinge liners with the TMR liners. Replaced them last weekend. Took a LOT of beating with a maul and the removal tool to get stock liners out. Some of the hinges actually shifted some from all the beating and the doors wouldn't go back on properly. I loosened the bolts on the bottom hinges and put the doors back on. Once they aligned properly, I wiggled the hinges back to where it looked like they originally were and then tightened the hinge bolts. Doors come on and off easily now and open and close easily, but I'm worried they might be misaligned and cause problems in the future. Anyone have any experience with this or any idea how to make sure all my hinges are aligned properly?

Loosen the bolts on your hinges and get your door to line up as best as possible so that it closes and seals all the way around. You can eyeball the gap between the door and the body of your Jeep. Should be fairly equal around it. (Take your time and just make small minor adjustments on anything with a bolt.) If you're hitting the latch, you can move the latch striker around on the door itself so that it closes and latches properly.

Road test and listen for wind coming through, and if you want you can gently spray some water on it and check for any water making its way through the seal.
