Weird air noises @ ~30mph... anyone else?

Not sure if anyone else has experienced this but a few days ago I had the front two panels off of my Jeep and with the radio down I could hear sounds like emulated like a small radio / extremely quiet talking

I thought nothing of it, but I just went to install the soft top today and now that the soft top is on (and fully locked to the front) I still hear it going round 30 mph or so.

It's really really strange, I thought it was the radio but turned off the radio and it certainly was not my phone. I figure it's some sort of way the air is hitting the vehicle but didn't know if anyone had a solution or had experienced the same.

Was it saying "take me off road, take me off road!"? I think it goes away after you either get a lift or get it really muddy, to the point the doors won't open!

I know, no help at all, sorry! I get worried when mine isn't making some kind of rattle or noise.

Seriously, it's probably something simple. I would remove the front air dam. Its as good place to start narrowing down the problem and easy to remove.
