Cool! I had an Infinity Iron Man on the dash and the the Playmation Iron Man went on clearance. He was less cartoonishave, so I put him on there.

Since my JK is the Red Rock color, I'm going with an Iron Man theme. You can see the other things I did to it in this thread.

Nice, the bigger playmation figure is really a piece of work. We need to find someone with a Black Widow or a Hawk Eye on their dash :P

Why not a GM (10 or 12 bolt) axle on the Pontiac? I've known GM guys switch manufacturers and do a 9-inch before but not Dana.

scratched the bumper. small (almost imperceptible) dent below the tail light.

Can't figure out where they came from.

All joking aside, 1st run with new gears, lockers, shocks, ball joints, front axle truss and armor. Everything held up well, and I kind of babied the skinny pedal all weekend. Lost a couple of pins for my swaybar disconnects and the steering stabilizer loosened up a bit, but that was it.

Gf snapchatted me this pic yesterday after I questioned her about a text she had sent me, "There was no parking at the event, or surrounding neighborhood, so we decided to take your Jeep off-road."

Last night I was troubleshooting a nonfunctioning driver tail light. Swapped the brake light because it was bad. But the running light was good. However, swapped it anyways. Brake worked, running light still inop. Good power to hitch, pigtail, vehicle harness, but not at the power pin on the bulb. I'm thinking just a bad wire right there. At least now I know which wires go to which light bulbs.

Today, got these at my door,

And watched my 2 year old daughter grab a handful of Quadratec magnets off my filing cabinet so she could go on a Jeep Safari.

Lastly, gotta thank Rick, the forum rep from Quadratec. Quick PM responses and great customer service. Warned me about calling on Monday/Tuesday. I called on Thursday and gave them the info from Rick. I called at 12:00 and was off the phone at 12:04. I had the ProCal and bracket by lunch on Saturday and the OME stab was here the next business day, also by lunch. And shipping was free!

At least they had your stuff in stock, about 50% of their products they sell aren't in stock and you don't find that out until after you order. Then it's act of God to cancel. I have been using northridge as of late because of this and their prices seem to be a bit lower as well.

Lift installed!

Got AEV 2.5" lift, Bilsten's, trackbar, and geometery correction brackets installed. She looks a little weird with her skirt all lifted up with those stock pumps on. Nitto Trail Grappler 35 tires are shipped, should have them on by Wednesday hopefully.

Is the photo from Ride Royal Blue or Windrock? Looks like a trail I was on for the Tennessee Mountain Jeep Jamboree. Heading back there with some folks freestyle in October.

No it isn't. I've been pricing steering components myself. A good setup is NOT cheap! I'm thinking it's gunna be at least $750 real-talk for parts on my steering list, that's $450 in fiancé speak. I always cut big ticket prices in half, add 20% to make it believable...That's not even counting the $110 OME stabilizer kit I just received.

Who did you go with? I wanted Currie, but I'm not Currie paid, so that's a no.

Swapped the 130 out for an RBZ I got from Maryland forum member 'crippled'. Took longer for the call to Sirius than the install.

Since I had the dash off anyway, also got my Garmin nav setup on a rugged ridge ram mount.

I think I'm finally caught up to 2008ish technology.

Edit: I guess both those pictures came out horrible. Oh well, still fun to do things yourself!
