If you have a skid plate right below the oil pan, you could ziptie or with a metal tie down, connect a piece vinyl tubing for easier drainage

Did the high speed total cleansing of the Jeep tub today.

Seriously, driving down the highway at 65 without the top nor doors, just the sunshade, and EVERYTHING that was trapped under the seats blew out. No leaves, grass, dirt, various pieces of paper, ATM sheets, pictures - totally cleaned out.

I may patent it! Hehehehe!

4 tire rotation. I made the mistake when I bought these tires, of not doing 5.

This weekend was build weekend. Pics before, all of the stuff to install- Metalcloak GC 2.5”, Falcon 3.3s, KMC Machetes and 35” Nitto Ridge Grapplers. Wow that was a long weekend of jeep work. I am loving the results. Have MC fenders and JCR inner fenders in garage to install next. Ordering front and rear Poison Spyder bruiser bumpers with the tire carrier.

Completed my nebo rack installation. Put top and doors back on. Took the family to shaver lake California. Scared the sh#@ out of my wife with a minor offroad trail as my daughter laughed maniacally in the back seat. When we were done my wife asked if I always do this when I go out. I answered honestly, no. She sighed in relief. Then I told her I usually do stuff that has at least one wheel in the air at some point. Also she learned the jeep wave was real and that I wasn't making it up. (No she never rode in my other jeep. Good day.

Same thing here. I just arrived at my brother's house after a 21 hour drive from Yellowstone today. I know I put far more than 3,000 miles on it.

That is too funny. So more trips with the daughter are in the future but not so much the wife. Great bonding time.

I did the 2" Rancho lift, it hold the Jeep up so much better. I have not figured out the setting I want yet, as the roads in town can make anything bouncy, but it's much better overall. I re-aligned the steering wheel to within 90% correct, I'll finish that with the headlight re-aiming when I drive it next.

I didn't get a complete picture, our faucet decided to puke yesterday so that tied me up.

Removed my hitch receiver to have it powder coated back to black. I painted it crappy red about 3 years ago and rust are reappearing. I should get it back tomorrow afternoon...

Replaced the angry grill that was on my '17 JK 2-dr when I bought it (it was new, but had the angry grill, long story.....) with a standard black Jeep grill.

Changed my oil, I think the Dealer torqued it to 200 foot pounds. Had to take off my skid plate so I could get the vise grips on the drain plug. I put on my Fumoto drain valve on. Now all is good fresh oil change with full synthetic oil and Mopar oil filter. Life is good

Replaced the original battery - after only 15 months of ownership. Completely crapped out, failing a load test and an intentional recharge. Just a little disappointed in FCA group for putting such a crappy battery in at the factory.

New isn't top of the line, but at least it carries a 36 month full replacement warranty and more cold cranking amps than the original.

And I'm glad we had the original fail in the driveway and not halfway between here and Ouray, or somewhere along Imogene Pass. Good reason to invest in a quick jump pack.
