This baby just came in the mail today & a new toy to play with, I am stoked to install this unit.

Now if anyone needs an RER 730N with new mic, new GPS antenna & 2018 map update...let me know because it is up for sale.

Here is the new Map DVD...

Could this possibly be a bad wheel speed sensor I wonder ?

I ordered a OBD reader on amazon (bluetooth which should work with the OBD Fusion app) which should arrive tmrw, and then check it out.

Checked it yesterday evening, the ground points in the footwell on the drivers and passenger side were good and tight, I then checked the ground points that I could see in the engine bay (mostly near fenders, and one kinda behind the engine cover on the firewall) and they were good.
I disconnected the battery, and cleaned the battery posts, then securely reconnected. (In my mind maybe the negative terminal was a bit loose - could have been mind games, hopefully it was the culprit which would explain what I saw).

Jeep drove fine today without issue. Let's hope it continues.

If it happens again (and hopefully not) after checking all the ground points I realized that I have a Pedal Commander installed for almost a year lol, I would remove this if the issue pops up again.

Got a quote for lift install, and realized I may not be going big enough lol:

Put in Mopar slush mats: front, back and cargo:

Also put MC front and rear bumpers on order... now my watch begins.

Enjoyed my first full day with the 2 Ĺ” Rock Krawler lift. Enjoyment tempered with that it was a pavement-only day. Planning to remedy that next weekend with a camping and wheeling trip.

Polishing up my wheels, they were pitted from all of the road salt that was used over the winter...I must say they look 100 times better now.

Yes, that is exactly how I use mine. I'm geared, but I don't have the Rubi transfer case and a mellower skinny pedal is needed not to tear stuff up.

So over the past few weeks I have installed:

Sony XAV AX5000 head unit and I-BEAM backup camera

Metalcloak rear spring alignment and retainers.

Drivers side dead pedal

New Drake Off Road hood latches with locking pins

Drake Off Road fire extinguisher mount on the passenger side front seat mount bolts and the Drake fire extinguisher quick release

White lithium grease on all the door pins. They were creaking even though I have the Delrin door pins sleeves installed.

All four door pockets and the center cubby mesh replaced with Slickrock Gear pockets.

Installed "pinstripes" with tree branches in West Virginia off roading.

Today was a simple maintenance mod. Delrin door hinge pin bushings.
On a good note I love how they upgraded the door harness plug so you donít have the slide lock to fight with. A simple push in tab lock. Beauty..
