Had to replace my 16 month old battery in my 17 over July 4th weekend last year. Dealer just looked at me when I asked if it would be warrantied. Lucky you.

What did you do to your JK today?

The tail lights are in & they werenít that hard to line up with the body, sure I had to bend the tabs a little but they fit like a glove nicely & are sealed tight against the body, here are a few more pics...

All I have left to do is install the adjustable Teraflex rear lower control arms & move the axle back (fronts are already on), paint the circles on the rims black, change the interior to leather with red leather inserts on the seat & red double stitching, lastly put on the badges & new tires & center caps...then get it ready to ship to Greece so that way I will have a nice trail & beach vehicle.

Not as exciting as Sinz's work, but after getting a bunch of leaf litter behind my grill and then reading all the posts about installing $10 rain gutter mesh from Home Depot, I figured I'd take a flier and spend $15 on pre-made inserts and see how they turn out.

I have to say, it actually cost LESS than buying rain gutter mesh, zip tie anchors, and zip ties, didn't require removing my grill AND took less than 5 minutes to install Including cutting a slot for feeding the wire for the floods.

Best part? The hole lined up perfectly with the key slot on my Bolt hood lock...

I've got the same ones on mine. Love the idea that nothing is going to get through there and ding my radiator, nor have I had to clean it out at all since getting them a couple years ago. Pretty clean looking, too!

I tested the pneumatic actuator I installed on the broken rubi sway bar I'd gotten ahold of, and no joy. Going to have to open up the guts and really clean it all up this weekend.

Yesterday I installed the upgraded track bar bolt kit front and rear.

Never realized how much play there actually was with the oem 21mm bolts

...and I hit 25,000km on the odometer.

Haven’t had it long enough to do much. But I’ve added some safari straps, added a 67 Designs phone mount, did a DIY color matched mesh grille backing, ordered my JKS 2.5” lift (arriving today), and ordered 315/70r17 Kumho Road Venture MT’s (pic of black Jeep for reference) arriving in a few days. Also should have my rock lights and grab handles arriving today. 😌

Just installed these last weekend. I dropped the grill and a box wrench just fit. Made it much easier.

I too had the grill off. I was able to squeeze a wrench in there, but it was still tight. Not enough to deter me from doing it again without a thought it I were to buy a different jeep.

Kumho makes nice road tires. They should have good off road tires.
