What's next

Finally got a Jeep, 14 Sport w/ 321, stock axles etc. So where do I go from here. I bought the 7yr/100 mi warranty and I understand that the lift kit will void the warranty? I don't mind going w/ Mopar but I think I'd install it myself if it continues the warranty coverage. It's a barely used Jeep 15K and has a towing system to pull it behind an RV. Anybody know if I can/should remove it. It also has airbags in the back inside the coil so I'm not sure what that is all about?

I know I want lift (small) tires and wheels. Are Cepeks any good, like the DC2 @ tire rack. I really wanted the Rubi but I fig I can build along the way and buy a really good winch for a lot less money.

So many decisions, any help is appreciated

First off, congrats on the new jeep!

To answer this we need to know how you intend to use the jeep and how much you'd like to spend on everything.

And as far as the warranty goes, I think most of us agree that it voids the warranty on the parts that you replace, not the whole warranty. My service guys and my warranty agree as well. And most quality lift manufactures have a warranty on their parts, so you're pretty much fully covered.

Welcome to the forum. We really do need your goal or intentions for your rig to give you helpful advice. As for the warranty, getting an extended warranty is not a bad thing now days. If you figure the cost and complexity of the electronics I deem them almost a necessary evil. Like has been already said a lift will not void a warranty on your rigs electrics or engine/trans. It would void said coverage on say your springs and what was replaced with the lift kit.
