wheel and tire questions

Hi Everyone

Quick question I have a 2014 JKU Sahara 3.5" lift currently have 295 70 R 18 on it but want to go with a 275 70 R 17 and get the BFG k02 tires will this work and still look good?
Thank you for your time

285/75/17 with 3.5 inches of lift. IMO

It will be shorter than your current tire. A KO2 at 275/70/17 will measure out to roughly 31.5". A 295/70/18 is roughly a 32.5-33" tire depending on brand. With a 3.5" lift, a 275/70/17 will look oddly small.

With your 3.5" lift, the 285/75/17 is closer to a 34" tire and will sit nice and tidy on your rig. If you went up to a 315/70/17 it is closer to 34.5" in the KO2.

Also since you are going from 18 to 17, you are buying new rims? Make sure that the offset, or the distance the inner mounting portion of the rim is deep enough to keep bigger tires from rubbing on the suspension at full turn.

The 315/70-17 KO2 is no where near a 34.5" tire. The KO2 runs small. They looked tiny next to my sons 315/70-17 STT Pro.

With your lift and since you are getting new wheels go with the 315/70-17.
