Winch/bumper/lift question

Hey folks, I lurk here daily but sometimes the vast amount of info on here and point-counter point can be hard to filter.

The quandary: I have a 2014 Willys Wheeler JKU. I went with the WW package because of the look and limited slip diff in the rear. I don't like the stock bumpers but the front and the rock catching it does irks me. I was considering adding a leveling kit, and a stubby bumper (my plan eventually is more lift and flat fenders). Q tech offers a rugged ridge q tech winch package that is in the price range I want to be in. Will adding the weight of the winch up front negate the gain in front lift from the leveling kit? Also, I want to be able to keep the fogs so that bumper and others similar to it would be also options. Any one running a similar setup.
