2005 Rubicon — what’s it worth?

Looking at a 2005 TJ Rubicon, 4.0 6 speed. 160,000 miles. No rust issues. Body was lifted off frame and everything was sandblasted. Strong running Jeep. Rides better than my JKU

Goodies:
metalcloak armor system,
Rubicon Express 3.5 lift with all 8 control arms and adjustable track bars
Tom woods 1310 shafts
Sleeved front axle
Front Chromoly shafts
MB Wheels
35in MTR/Ks
Rock Hard Sport Cage
Currie Correctlink system
JCR front bumper
Warn 9.5cti (synthetic line)
Novak T-Case linkage
Lockers modified to run in 2wd, 4HI and 4LO
Banks exhaust
Volant Cold Air intake
Dynomatted tub

Maintenance:
New crank sensor
New cam sensor
New clutch
New heater core
New injectors
New ODPA
New Oil Pump
Royal purple in everything except the engine, which uses Mobil 1 full synthetic

I listed my 03' with 135,000 miles for $14,000 and had many people wanting it and willing to bring cash. I changed my mind.

p.s. Stock Rubicons go for $12,000 and up around here.

Just piggybacking out of curiosity. I have a 2005 Sport 4.0 6-speed, two owners, khaki color, 3.73 gears from factory, 10,235 miles, ziebarted and really never outside in rain/snow/anything. What do you think it is worth?

I assume that the jeep has been re-geared for 35's since so much other axle work has been done. If not, that's around $2000 to fix. Certainly a question you will want answered.

From recent experience shopping for lifts RE lifts are not "all that" and ride rough---just what I've been told so, you may find yourself wanting to swap out the springs and shocks.

I paid $11,000 for an '03 w/ 1/2 doors that was nearly bone stock but was well maintained.

Really, only 10K miles???? It's worth whatever someone will pay---I'd start high like 16,500 or so. If it's in like new shape it will be highly desired.

Yes, 10k miles. I know, it's crazy. And it is perfect. The only thing not original is a bluetooth stereo and new oem speakers. But I will have the factory head unit. I've learned my lesson after having four jeeps. If I ever think about selling it, I will store it somewhere and forget I own it.

My Brother sold his mint 05' Willys edition with 12.500 miles on it for $22,00, but it had many extras and 35s.
