Passing a cop on the interstate that your didn't see, and then quickly looking down, then realizing you didn't need to be worried lol

Happens to me all the time. It seems like I'm going way faster when I can't even drive over the speed limit haha

1. Waking up and praying it hasn't rolled out of the driveway, and if it's still there admiring your thing of beauty.
2. The wave. It's ok if JKs don't wave, they don't know what its like to drive a real machine.
3. Working on it. I'm 18 and I'm always messing around with stuff, reading manuals, working under the hood and playing with the GoPro mounts. I'd be bored if I bought a car.
4. You love driving it so much you drive slower so you spend more time in the jeep!
5. Having other people stare and compliment your ride and little kids giving you a wave.

The best thing about a TJ is ' being different than the other vehicles on the road, and off'.
Jeep TJ drivers are not sheepels.

Your Jeep looks sweet by the way!

Other things I don't think have been mentioned yet:

1) half doors. They are perfectly sized to make ideal armrests.

2) rock sliders w/protruding tubes = no worries about door dings in parking lots.

2a) narrow parking spot due to someone parking over the line? I can still squeeze right in.

3) constant conversation starter: at the gas station, red lights, in parking lots, etc.

4) in my own case, it gave me an excuse to become a licensed amateur radio operator.

5) the joy that comes from showing off dents and scrapes. "Every scratch has a story."

6) the ability to take in scenery most people don't even know exists--from Moab, to the Rubicon trail, to the local mountains.

yep... no tickets since I started driving YJs, CJs, TJs...
but when I get into the wife Legacy?......
how does one stay below the radar in something like the sporty AWD cars out there

I don't have a rear seat in mine so it give me an excuse to burn someone else's gas if a group of friends wants to go somewhere.

But of course then I don't get to show off my wrangler to all my friends... It's a real double edged sword.

I take better care of my TJ than I do myself haha! Gotta love the look people give me in the summer when I'm hanging my left leg out of the doorway.

Man, I had three girls in the span of a week ask me for one, but I kept saying no. As soon as I turned single not a damn one.

I'd have to say the best thing about owning my TJ is the jeep wave. It gives me this warm fuzzy feeling on the inside! And the women is a big part of owning a jeep.

My favorite would have to be watching short girls in skirts trying to get in my Jeep. There are so many other things I love about being a Jeeper though.
