I use the silk wrapping paper which is waterproof and tear resistant. This is the 2nd year running it with no issues. I poked 4 holes (2 front/2 back) to zip tie/bungy cord it around bumper. The rear is just a cheap metal framed snowman that I glued a led light from HF and tie into the 3rd brake light on my spare.

I didn't get around to doing it until Christmas Eve, but I did it. I was at Walmart buying some last minute things and the wreath and bow were only $3, so why not?
