Pulled the fuel tank out today. Need to replace the fuel pump/regulator assembly. Tank straps rusted away need two of them also. Great time to install the UCF aluminum tank skid. Pics soon.

Thanks pound sand. Nothing crazy just another TJ.

Amazon came through. $229 for the straps and OE Bosch pump/regulator assembly.

Little tip to those who have not pulled a tank on a TJ. The bolt above the rear track bar is not fun and may need to be cut off. My JKS adj. rear trackbar has been hitting the bolt and made it impossible to remove.

Lots of problems with this Jeep.

Not starting. No fuel. Checked wiring all good. Jumped relay pump runs so wiring and pup good.

No spark. Checked Crank and Cam sensor(pick up on 97). Both good.

No sensor power from ECU. No 5 volt reference at all. Disconnected ECU cleaned plugs and connectors. reinstalled no go. Purchased rebuilt ECU. Should be here next week.

Been awhile since I have updated this thread. Last summer I ran into a tree wheeling locally. Boogered up the tub good. I also tore up another R&P.

I fixed the tub and installed Poison Spyder corner armor

Looks good Nick. I had a little off-road mishap last year myself.
