1999 TJ automatic trans. Seems to slip between 1st and 2nd gear. Jeep shakes. Would flush and filter help or do i need trans repair or replacement trans ?

4cyl or 6cyl? Each have different auto transmissions. Could be a number of things. Have you checked your trans fluid level properly (with the trans warmed up while idling in neutral)? Start there.
