Sounds like you're stuck between a rock & a hardplace. I didn't know SH went out of business. They made some decent products.

The only thing I can think of is to look for another SH top that's being parted out or have a glass company build you a window. I'll be honest with you, you'd be better off in the long run selling the steel horse top & locating a factory top. Parts for the SH top are only going to get harder to find.

A decent glass company should be able to cut a custom piece for it.

This is DOOR glass mow, he is looking for rear window glass in the hardtop.

The stock YJ hard top has a curved glass in the side windows, If the steel horse top has flat glass, then any glass replacing company can cut you a piece of tempered glass to fit it. Might be expensive cause they have to make a pattern but it has been done before.

If all else fails, get you a piece of plexi and cut it to fit and glue it in with windshield adhesive
