2.5 rebuild question

I have a 93 YJ with 190 k and good cylinder compression. If I get a performance cyl head and performance cam do you think I will notice any HP gain from the old girl?

Not all that much. You might make a few more ponies, and a few pounds more torque, but the gain for the expense isn't worth it. If it's running good now, I'd leave it alone and put my money in other things for it.
Just my 2 cents worth.
