I have a 1997 jeep wrangler tj and right now it has 33x12.5x15 tires on it. It drives great but when I hit a bump it goes all over the road from the spacers. Would it be best to put 33x10.5 tires on it or 31x10.5 tires. I just want a smooth drive and not swerve around when I hit small bumps.

First off, this is the YJ forum not the TJ.

Second, by spacers I'm assuming you mean wheel spacers. Wheel spacers should have 0 effects on the way the jeep handles as far as bumps goes. So I think it sounds like you have another problem. I would research (on here and google) "jeep tj bump steer".

Lastly, if you want to get rid of wheel spacers I recommend new wheels with less back spacing. There are countless wheel options available that are cheaper than new tires.
