4 cylinder 10.8 mpg

Filled up this morning 16.9 gallons 87 octane with a 182 miles on trip gage. Mostly city driving and generally let the YJ warm up several minutes before blast off.
Biggest thing of interest for me was seeing if I had a 15 gallon or 20 gallon tank and not run out of gas. This is the most gas fill up since driving from last July. Next time I'm going for 200 miles before fill up.

Just to note, my YJ would run out of gas when the gauge showed 1/8 of a tank.

Fwiw....I have an i6 and a 20 gallon tank. The tank needle does not start to move off "full" until I have driven about 100 miles. The gauge does not become accurate until about 1/4 tank remaining.

Things are looking up, the last time I filled up 19.5 gallons reg. and 251 miles on the trip gauge figures 12.87 mpg, ninety percent city driving.

I've got a 4.0l with a couple miles on her. At some point each month, I fill the tank. Days.. Weeks maybe. I'm not sure really but at some point I fill the tank again. No idea what sorta MPG I'm achieving nor do I want to know

The JK though I got 27.8 mpg highway for a few gas tanks... Then I had to pay for a new windshield from the 18 wheelers I had been following to achieve those fancy numbers. But that was back in 2009. I have no idea what that thing does anymore either.

The XJ. I've put <300 miles on it. No Idea.

But I Do have a 2000 Buick Le Sabre that gets 42 mpg on the highway cruising 80mph in the passing lane all day long. I fill that thing up, 500+ miles later I put some more fuel in it. Love that car.

My 4.0 gets 16mpg, pretty happy... Alot has to do with the gearing... Since mine is under geared, maybe it would go up if geared properly....lol
