4 generations help

So some know about my Jeep. It is an 89 well after working on the engine I found a nasty crack in the block so the 4.2 is dead. And because cash is low and Advanced adapter does not make a BA10 adapter plate I’m forced to plant my 302 from an 89 f150 into the beauty. This means I need to use the AOD trans (2wd)ehh. So what all do I need. I have the truck running so what do I need to buy to transplant it into the YJ. Btw no off-roading will be done mostly a DD. I was DD the 89 f150 until a tree fell on the cab.

Advanced adapters comes to mind.
I'm sure there's others.

Wow... "low funds" is a terrible reason to do a v8 swap.....

If you have low funds, pick up anpther 258 for a couple hundred bucks and rock on.....

If you WANT to swap in the V8, go for it but prepare to spend a lot more money....
I come in peace.... I mean you no harm

Ok so I have a replacement block. So new question, my engine is carbed. I want to eliminate all senders and the ECM. I do know about the hei distributer. And I’m useing aftermarket gauges. I’m not useing the AC. Going with the HEI what all can I eliminate from the engine bay and widening harness.
