91 Renegade Side Step Pads

Hey Jeepers....i just bought a 91 Renegade that is in excellent shape body wise except for one thing....the side step pads are missing..the bumper pads are still there and in good shape..My question is, does anyone know where i can find replacements for the step pads?...the jeep just doesn't look complete without them..

Hey Voodoo.....the renegade has the body cladding on it....where the step is on each side there is a black rubber ribbed pad that is mounted in the cladding. Both are missing and i'd really like to replace them...

get a hard rubber door mat, cut to size, glue and screw them down.

you might want to try the jeep dealer, they look like the same pads on the regular non renegade side steps, i just got one for 44.00 bucks plus tax.

There were different styles (chromed plastic or black) over the years, but the turn signal arm will all interchange from at least '91 to '94.

Hey, is your Renegade red with an auto trans? Did it have a leak in the gas tank? I looked at one that sounds similar, did you buy it in MD?
