95 YJ Rancho Shocks

New to the forum here! Got myself a 1995 Wrangler Sahara 4 I6 5 speed, very excited to be a first time jeep owner

I have found a set of rancho rs999113 rear shocks for an amazing price. My question is, will this work with the 4" lift and 33" tires I have on the wrangler. I know that these shocks are made for a 2.5" lift, but have heard and read they work for most heights.

I would really appreciate any help on my question or advice on another set of shocks to buy. Thanks for the welcome party and hope to see you all out there!!!

The best thing you can do is remove your current shocks , use a rti rank or fork lift to flex out the suspension. Measure mount to mount on the compressed and extended size and order shocks that way. Imo. I would avoid shocks made by Tennico (rancho,Monroe, procomp basically any house brand for lift company's ). And spend money on quality shocks like bilstein , fox, King , Oldman emu
