It probably won't look good. Try black

If you didn't do too much of an accent and didn't go with with that bright of a green it might turn out looking okay.

I'd suggest making like pin stripe lines maybe just above the fender flares that will go along with the shape of the jeep, like the way they painted the old saharas back in the day. Otherwise maybe something towards the back or front for an accent color.

I think it could look sweet if you did it right, I'd also try before doing any painting to use some of that bright green painters tape and put that where you'd put the green accents just to get a rough idea of what it's gonna look like when done.

Also if you didn't want to paint it and the accent was small enough you could probably just get in contact with a vinyl guy and use vinyl rather than paint. There are types of vinyl out there that are really bright and reflective too, if you want that.

I don't know though could look alright so long as the red isn't super dull while the green is super bright.

Red and green are contrasting colours though so they tend to make the other colour look better.

You are right though a pic or two of this red YJ would be nice to see, and I'm curious if the op has read this stuff yet.

I saw a vinyl wrapped TJ at the PA All Breeds meet this weekend. It was the MOST Neon Orange (very fluorescent) I ever saw. It looked as if it was the paint color, but the guy who owned it say he liked to change the exterior colors so he goes with these vinyl wraps.
