An extremely odd question.

This is a long shot in the dark but would a 318 Dodge motor and a 727 Dodge tranny convert into a 94 YJ?

Absolutely it will, as long as you can weld. It shouldn`t be much different than changing it to a 350 or anything else.

what needs to be welded?

what would be a fair price for a considerable inexpensive mechanic i know to install one?
