Anyone wish to remove or relocate rear view mirror?

Windshield real estate is at a premium. Its narrow, and small. We got wipers stuck at 1 o'clock, but I know can be brought down to the cowl and out of the way with that wipe tech wipe boy wiper adjuster, but nothing for the rear view mirror? anyone else wish we could remove or relocate the rear view mirror? I know these are the things that are endearing and make a YJ what it is, but man I wish I could see more sometimes, especially that oncoming car....or cyclist.....

I replace mine with my mirror out of my 88 s-10 cause it had map lights on the bottom, just ran a hot wire to door switch light to get power. Wipers can be replaced with a aftermarket that they come down level.

I don't use one. When I bought the jeep it wasn't there, and I just left it as is.

Riding motorcycles, driving a truck with limited rear-view mirror visibility and pulling trailers made me less dependent on the rear-view mirror I suppose.

I did the flip. Just spin the whole thing on the post upside down. just grab the mirror in your right hand and spin it AND the post 180 degrees. It will be like 2 inches higher. I also did the "WipeBoy" Wiper conversion which is nice.
