Bluetooth Sound Bar?

I'm thinking about upgrading the audio in my YJ. Since most of what I want to listen to is on my iphone, I was thinking that a simple solution would be just use a bluetooth speaker. Then I came across this bluetooth compatible soundbar: Amazon.com : New Model Bluetooth Jeep Wrangler Cj Tj Yj Soundbar Will work with Ipad / Mini/ Ipod/Iphone/Samsung Galaxy/S2 /S3 /S4 Note / II / III HTC 1 Smart Phones or Mp3 players and built in amplifier with LED Lights and 6 speakers. : In Dash Vehi

Anyone have any experience with this? I'm a little skeptical because there doesn't seem to be a brand name.

I have seen them also. Looks nice but I am just going with a Bluetooth stereo. Not real keen on having to run even more wires up my rollbar aka "power"

I don't have any experience with it. However if you're looking to upgrade the audio if you mean that by getting a new media player than I'd pass on this due to the fact the what's in the market now will most likely have a bluetooth already built in but if you don't have a sound bar then you probly want to get more opinions on it.
Good luck

A lot of guys are doing away with their headunits in wake boats & UTVs.....less electrical, less connecton problems, easier to mud/waterproof it, etc. I don't have a clue what this system is like, but the soundbar made by Wetsounds is pretty sick. But its not made specifically for the Jeep.

I'll only have $75 tied up in my setup which is an Alpine head unit, Pioneer 4x6s behind Scotch Brites in the dash and Lanzar Marine 6x9s in the boxes behind the seats. The 4x6s are not waterproof but they've survived for years now lol. An aux cable from the head unit allows me to use my iPhone. The Tuffy center console came with another project but I highly recommend it.

I assume thats some sort of FM station.... it amazes me how many people have given up on FM. I rarely listen to it any more in my daily driver. Satellite or internet radio with no advertising.

I built something like this on my Cat a number of years ago. It worked pretty good. Sounded great, although we pretty much only listened to it after the ride or during breaks. I suspect I will use any Jeep system in a similar way.

Here is the boss Bluetooth sound tube installed. It's wedged in there under the Dashawn's held in place by two locking the down straps. It's pretty loud -- loud enough to hear while one driving around town. The sound is very heavy on the bass and not the greatest -- but way better and louder than the crappy 25 year old 6 inch in dash speakers
