Bosch wipers coming off.

Put new wipers on earlier this week. First little bit of rain for me to use them and they are coming off the arms. Bosch C1106, 11" long. Is there some trick to keeping them on other than tape?

Perhaps the clips are not suitable for the Wrangler arms, I ran across a similar problem with Silblades... I ended up modifying the plastic clips with a dremel.

Post a photo of the clips that came with the blades

I am having the same problem with one of my new blades and I think it is a Bosch too. May have to go back to the auto parts store and change it out with one that fits better. Save your clips when you find some that work. You should be able to reuse them on any new blades you get.

They look just like the ones that came off. I'll try to post up a picture later. The counter guy told me they were direct replcements, funny since the ones that came off were 14" long and rubbing the windshield frame.

Up until just now I never knew those clips came off. Zipped outside and pulled the clips off the old ones but they don't fit the new blades (hole doesn't line up). So I zip tied the blades to the arms...... little zip ties... black to match the paint.
