Cop Style Spotlights

I want to install the same type of light that cops have in thier cars. you know the ones with the knob and switch inside the car that lets you point it wherever you want. I would like to put one on each side. I do not know where to find these or what I woul dhave to do to instal. I figure before giving myself a headache trying to figure it out I would see if anyone else has these or can point me in the right direction. Also I should mention I have the rear view mirror relocation bracket and would like to be able to use the light mounts I can put in the same place with the mirror relocation brackets.

They are made by Unity.

The Beam® Spotlight

You will have to contact them to get the right mounting and shaft length.

Damn that's expensive. How do you install that anyway?

Have you priced KCs?

That's actually not that bad. My old crown vic had the Police Package and someone broke off my light in a parking lot. I ended up having to get a new one and it was a lot more than that 10 years ago... probably 250 or so.

I am going to do cop light because i fish on the beach at night. I park it with no top or doors and put on music, I just want to be able to point lights where I need it intead of worrying how to park to light up a huge area. Those I could just turn on when I want, point where i need and be done with it.

OK,

You need to drill a large hole through your A pillar. Then some smaller ones for bracket screws. Unity will have instructions with templates.
