Corbeau Baja XRS to YJ factory Bracket

Hey Guys and Gals,

Has anybody mounted the Corbeau BAJA XRS seats to the factory YJ Bracket?

Did it raise you higher than stock?
If so how much?

How did the width work out for you?

Thanks for any insight you might have.

I have the Corbeau Baja RS (not XRS) in my Jeep and they raised me probably three inches and my legs smashed the stock steering wheel. Now I have a smaller grant wheel and it works good. As for the width, it's quite a bit wider than stock seats and doesn't work the best with my center console lift door. I bet an aftermarket console would cause more problems unless it was super skinny. Otherwise though, I love the seats!

Thanks for the input guys.

I'm tossed between Moabs or Baja XRS. Either way I'm going to use the Corbeau Bracket so it puts the seat at a decent height for me. I'm taller and broad shoulder so raising the seat any little bit just isn't an option for me.

How do you find the XRS's fit in the YJ?
Does it slide back far enough?
How is the recline, or does the upper back hit the rollbar?
Does it fit guys with wide shoulders? I'm concerned that it might be uncomfortable and sqeeze my shoulders together.

Thanks for your time.
