Cost of having rotted out rear end of frame fixed?

The rear end of my frame on the passenger side is rotting out where the shackle connects to the frame. It's something I need to get fixed asap. I have no idea how to weld so I'll be taking it to the 4x4 shop near my house to have it done. Can anyone give me an estimation on how much it would cost?

When I had my plow jeep done in the rear shackle area, it was $35 total. That was 3 years ago, so I would bet it is more. Took it to a fab shop.

Wow, $35. I was expecting something around $300-$400. Well that makes me a little happier. I'm gonna call the shop tomorrow to see what he would quote me for it. Has anyone else had this done or can give me a rough estimate?

I'm curious on this also, I found this page below & am thinking of going this route to get it fixed. I have no space nor welding skills either to do this.
