Epoxy chassis painting questions???

I am doing a YJ build project and I am wanting to paint the Chassis, axles, and suspension and I need some help picking out a good paint to achieve my goal, PLEASE HELP….

I have seen these discussions before on various forums and realize that they are extremely opinionated, so without starting a war on here about techniques or products I need to figure out what to use. I know the several options out there but I will start by saying that I am not interested in using POR 15 products, Zero Rust, Eastwoods or any other system that is a rust converter or whatever…. I have decided to go with a 2 part epoxy paint system but I am trying to determine what type will be the easiest to spray on the chassis (I’m not going to use my good HVLP guns), I want a good hard coating that provides good protection and will last a long time as well as providing a nice gloss finish, I will do a coating of urethane over it with a light metallic or pearl finish to give it a little bit extra flash.

The question is what is the best type of 2 part epoxy paint for a chassis that will keep the cost down and provide a good coat that will work for my application?

I also need to make certain whatever I use isn’t going to cause issues such as binding bolts, or paint cracking due to leaf springs flexing or any other undesirable effects when I use it.

Thanks for any help!
