Borrow a friend's torx set. Get rid of all the torx bolts and replace with hex lol. In the process of doing that every time I replace something :-)

A good impact gun is a great idea. Spend the money, don't go cheap. My friend's cheapy impact gun was able to break a lot of stuff free when I did my trans, but won't touch the nut on the tcase yoke. (I'm kicking myself for selling all of my Snap On stuff years ago)

A pulley/bearing puller wouldn't be a bad idea.

Front end tools.

Band aids are a good thing to keep handy, you will crack your knuckles lots lol.

If you've got the money, a welder is a smart investment.

Stubby gear wrenches!

A compressor (if you don't have OBA)
