Frame Rot Repairs/Issues

Hi Everyone,
now that i have my jeep running/fuel pump issue corrected, i am working on a rear shackle repair.

I recently purchased the prefab steel rear shackle plates and have a welding buddy ready to install, but when i was removing the shackle on the passenger side, it was way worse than the driver side. see pics. can i still use these plates on the passenger side?? if so, any suggestions?Click image for larger version

MIKEJUNKER89...I had the same issue, just not as bad as yours. But I used the frame repair sections from morris4x4center.com, and the holes in the plates will go over the shackle mounts, and if you clean them up good enough, you can weld a bead between the plat and mount, and then grind down flat with the mount. Worked great for mine.
