Half doors. Repair or replace?

Previous owner hacked the half doors to install speakers and ran wires. My question is how would I even begin to repair and restore these. Would it be cheaper to just find some at a savage yard?

Look around for a pair of half doors. You might be surprised what folks ask for Jeep parts.
Quadratec sells half door trim panels that should cover up the POs hack work.

Post some pics.

Good Luck, L.M.

Here is what they did. I’m wondering if I’d have to weld a patch in under the replacement trim panels.

It’s hard to say what damage they did under the half door interior panel, finding a good condition factory panel might prove difficult, however there are some aftermarket versions that ain’t half bad

The hard half doors are pretty ridged i would buy replacement panels and send it you will never know there is a hole under the new panel.
