Hard top hardware

Im going to be getting a free hardtop from my dads friend but it needs the rear window and theres no hardware to install it. Where can i buy the kit to install the hard top like the metal channels it sits on etc...? Thanks for the help guys

eBay has pretty much been my best bet with anything hardtop wise. I bought the quick release bolts, corner seals, etc.

hardtop hardware ncludes,
4bolts
4nuts
rubber seal for the bottom
screws for the front
wiring harness if you want to use the defroster and stuff.

make sure you remove all your soft top hardware before you put the hardtop on.

All you need is some screws for the windshield and about 6 bolts, nuts, washers to hold it down on the sides. Any hardware store will have what you need, or you can order from a Jeep place and pay 4 times as much for the stuff that will do the same thing.

When I took the rear window off mine for painting, all the screws were, just hex head self tapping available at any local hardware store.

it shouldn't have those metal strips, they sound like soft top hardware which should not be under the hardtop.

No you don't need anything, just take the soft top hardware off and put the hardtop on and screw/bolt it down so it wont fall off. You can put some kind of cushioning material where the both meet but you don't really need it.

A roll of adhesive weatherstripping is just a few dollars. It cushions the top and gives it a good seal. Just make sure it's adhesive on one side only (for ease of top removal later on).
