Amp could be mounted under the front drivers seat. use black wire loom to run the wires to one side then run the other wires up under the roll bar padding to the other side. You can get self tapping screws and clamps to hold the wire loom down.

you could use a little extra bedliner to "glue" some wire loom in place

I took my back seat out and mounted the amp on the floor and my speaker box right behind the amp. Built a metal box to cover the amp and bolted it to the floor of the jeep. I ran all the wiring along the passenger side in a wire loom and secured it were the tub wraps inside the jeep were the bottom of the door seals. You cant see any of the wires and nothing hanging loose to get puller loose.

I hate wiring, but this is what I've heard done. Drill in floor, run wires under jeep and make sure they're weather protected. Rubber grommet in the drilled holes.

I just tuck mine up out of the way as much as possible, but no one will ever mistake me for an electrical installer.

My question is what kind of amp for some 6x9's won't fit under the seat? I have a 4ch lanzar dc in my truck that runs my 12"sub, and my front 3way componants great and it would easilly fit under my seat.

A good one? lol joking. Best bet is to wire loom all of your wires. Its a plastic tube that is split along its edge that you can stuff the wire into it. run the power wire along the driver side with the main wire harness for the Jeep. Run the rca nad speaker wires along the passenger side and just try to hug a corner and you wont see them very much. I put both of my amps under the rear seat. I put a few washers under them so they are lifted off of the floor and therefore well protected from any water that might get under there. I have the top and doors off constantly so believe me when I say it gets wet often and the amps stay dry even when I wash the inside of the Jeep.

when i had my system. my amp was under the back seat. 2 10's firing down behind the seat. and a 6.5" and a tweeter on each fender. well. wire loomed everything and ran them under the curled in edges of the body ( IE where you step in the door, over the fender wells etc)
