Is this a good deal?

A ford 8.8 rear with 4.88 gears Lincoln locked and a Dana 30 front open spool set up for spring over for $700
Also how hard of a project would it be to install these axles? The ford 8.8 was already moded to fit a jeep

Well, based on the weak 8.8 carrier I would not want one welded up. And a front spool would not be fun under road driving.

My jeep is a DD/weekend warrior so I was really wondering about the welded 8.8 and how it would drive on the road I don't do any real extreme trails just powerline roads and things like that

It will push and chirp on you being welded, worse than a locker.

I would say parking or tight turns would be the biggest issues with it for a DD. On the open road should not be an issue.
