ISO Frameless soft top for sportbar

I've been wanting to put a frameless top on my 87 YJ but I can't find any for a sport roll bar.. I've talked with a guy in Denver that said he could make one but he needs a YJ with a sport bar to get the measurements. I'm too far to take him mine. Does anyone have any ideas where to get one?

You'll probably come out cheaper buying a family style roll bar from a salvage yard and a frame less top to fit, than having a custom top made to fit the sport bars.

I can only please one person a day and today is not your day and tomorrow is not looking good either!

I've been looking for a while and the only thing I've found is a guy in Colorado that posted on a forum about wanting to borrow a CJ7 or YJ to measure it to make a pattern to start producing them a couple years back.

I'm kinda surprised that as long as there have been CJ7's and YJ's that there hasn't been a company that manufactured them.

I will probably get backlash but I don't believe now days there is enough of a market for company's to make them, some guy in his garage may enjoy making some for the limited crowd that wants one. Not to mention unless you have an infant it renders your back seat useless, as stated swap your sport bar for a family bar for about 100 bux then spend the 600 on a softopper like mine and you can use the entire back half of your jeep and probably cost less than a custom made top?

There were aftermarket soft tops for the sport bars in the early 90s, but I think they've been out of production for 20 years or more. There isnt a market for them anymore.
