Jeep etiquette!

Should I wave at four door jeeps? And also, should I wave at jeeps with girls driving them? You KNOW they don't get it.

My wife and I both have jeeps, and we wave at all of them!

The only wave got back yesterday was a girl in a YJ. that was out of 6 waves in the morning.

If you wave at everyone, you won't feel guilty about waving at anyone. It is kind of like opening the door for people. I do it for anyone when it would be more convenient for me to do it than them.

And I would watch the "girls don't get it" references. I'm sure most of the girls here have way more Off road exp than me. And you could probably bring your jeep to them and get better results than you have been getting with your clutch by all those dudes you've taken it to so far.

Tell ya what Bladeski, Put a few more years and exp on yourself and your Jeep then you can wave at Kate as she goes around you to get to the fun stuff in Ajax. Believe me when I tell you She Gets It! lol NEVER group all females in a statement like that. One might drive over you while you sit in your Jeep. Have a great day. Wild guess/ your single right?

Untrue as a blanket statement but true as a general statement. In general, girls don't wave. But then again, alot of guys don't bother waving back either. It has become a total crapshoot.

Just wave and if they don't wave back....fagedaboutit!

Whats all the hate about 4 doors? Last I checked it was still a wrangler. I wave at all CJ's/YJ's/TJ's/JK's and any other off-road modified jeep male or female driver.

I try to wave at all jeeps (minus patriots).

Most girls don't wave for the reasons above. When my wife had her wrangler, she waved but always told me stories about people following her after that so she stopped also.

I wave at every Wrangler ( even 4 doors), CJ, older Cheerokees and any clasic Jeeps / Willys. The various newer model Jeeps are usually under my radar, if I notice them I may wave, I may not.... They are usually the ones who just bought a pretty SUV and have no clue or intrerest in the Jeep world.

YJ does NOT stand for "Yuppie Jeep".
Jeeps should only have TWO doors.
You should ALWAYS wave at other JEEP drivers.

This one has been asked and answered 100 times over......YES.......and the girls get it....maybe you creep them out a little? It's one thing to give a little knowing wave.....another thing as your waving like your life depended upon it, hanging out the door opening, and weaving into their lane.

The only wave I got on my 6 hour drive to Nashville last weekend was from a chick driving a four door jk. It was RHD too.
