Lets see your custom shift knobs

I see the TJ forum has a thread on this but couldn't find one for the YJs. I don't like our factory knobs and feel something unique and custom should be on a yj. What do you guys got?

I don't have it yet, but I'm going to buy one that's made from a real WWII hand grenade.

I drilled & tapped a #5 billiard ball.

Cause it's a 5-speed, ya know?

Lot's of positive comments & I have gorilla hands, so it fits perfect.

no clue it came with the rig. I actually need to pull it off and clean up the center, give it a satin/worked finish

I extended mine up higher when I did the body lift. I like it like that. I have the stock shifter on the 4wd lever. The skull came from Autozone I think. I had it on my old Kawasaki BruteForce, and thought it would look good with my skull theme

I had a red skull like one pictured a few posts back but it loosened up and when I tried to tighten it I broke the epoxy bond!

I use 11R vicegrips all day long and have a decent grip! Lpl

Anyways I found this one at o riellys for like $15 or $20 ( dont recall exactly) and top inscrews so you can stash wooden matches or whatever inside

I jsd to take a 3/8 x 2 coupler to replace them stupid plastic bushings so allen set bolts woild hold

They came in other colors but red best matches me foot pedal covers ( custom by me)

Sooooo, could anyone tell me the thread size and pitch on the t-case shift lever for where the shift knob screws on... I seem to have twisted it right off trying to get the old knob off... Orrrrr if you have a spare t-case lever lying around that the knob will screw off of, let me know if I could have/buy it... Lol
